Which toy safety standards apply to an order?
It is determined by the destination market, age grade and product features: for example ASTM F963 and CPSIA requirements for the United States, EN71 for Europe, and market-specific rules elsewhere. We map the relevant tests to the selected models rather than applying one generic claim.
Do you provide certificates for every product?
Company management-system certificates and model-level test reports are separate documents. A certificate does not automatically cover every SKU, material or market. We confirm which reports are available for the exact item before the order, and coordinate additional testing where needed.
Can a third-party inspection be arranged?
Yes. The inspection stage, scope, sampling basis and acceptance criteria are agreed in advance so your team or a nominated inspection company can review function, appearance, packing and quantity.

ToyGateway.com helps importers, wholesalers, retail buyers and private-label teams source toys from Chenghai, Shantou, China. Can I mix different toys in one order?
Mixed assortments can be discussed across the catalog. MOQ is confirmed by model, packing and customization level; it is not a single quantity for every product. Send your item list and target quantities so we can check carton multiples, availability and consolidation options together.
What should I include in a quotation request?
Share the TG SKU or product link, quantity per item, destination country, target selling channel and required arrival date. Include your packaging, branding and testing requirements. This helps us compare the same specification and explain what the quotation includes.
Can you arrange samples and private-label packaging?
Yes. We can discuss standard samples, logo application, packaging artwork and deeper OEM or ODM development. Sample charges, tooling, artwork approval, MOQ and lead time depend on the project and are confirmed before work starts.
How do you handle toy testing and compliance?
Start with the destination market, age grade, materials and exact model configuration. Our team can review available reports and coordinate a suitable testing plan. Product reports are model-specific; a certificate shown on the website does not automatically cover every toy or every market.
How are price and delivery time confirmed?
Price depends on specification, order volume, packing, branding and agreed trade terms. Timing includes sample approval, production, inspection and shipment planning. Request a written quotation and schedule for your selected items rather than relying on a general price or delivery promise.
Which markets do you ship to?
Our company coordinates orders for buyers across North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and other regions. The destination market determines labeling, languages, documentation and the applicable testing scope, so it is one of the first details we confirm.
Do you work only with very large orders?
No. We support both large-volume programs and smaller mixed assortments. MOQ is set per model and by the level of customization, so tell us your realistic quantities and we will identify which products and packing options fit.
Can my first order already carry my own brand?
Yes, provided the quantities meet the customization MOQ for that model. A logo print or branded insert is often the simplest option; full private-label packaging and OEM or ODM changes can require higher minimums, which we confirm for the selected model before samples.
What is Chenghai and why source toys there?
Chenghai is a district of Shantou in Guangdong, China, with a dense toy ecosystem covering design, tooling, molding, electronics, assembly, packaging and export services.
